What do you think will be THE next “Disruptive Innovation” in Marketing & Advertising?

In this post, I will address “disruptive innovation” from a parallel, less “academia” perspective. Based on definitions and views on the subject from various sources, but keeping it VERY simple (K-I-S-S). In no way shape or form do I intend for this post to be anything else than a sounding pad to spark conversations and hopefully, somewhere down the road, evolve this exercise into a more profound and far reaching study.

CRM matters… no, not the software. What you do with it.
